An Empirical Study on Preparing Steps for Sociodrama as a Performance in University

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study are to reduce hardness and fear be gotten from preparing for sociodrama as a performance in university, and to give a guidance for approach to sociodrama more systematically. For that, researcher organized the experiences of participation with sociodrama club in preparing ``sociodrama`` performance for 20th anniversary celebration of social-welfare department founding of ``D`` university in Dae- Jeon, from september to November, 2011. As a result, sociodrama for performance needed three steps of preparing as follows. Step 1, member recruitment stage for sociodrama performance during 4 weeks. Step 2, performance preparing stage for theme choice, scenario writing, role set-up and making scenes during 5 weeks. Step 3, performing stage for practical performance after final check and title set-up during 2 weeks.
